Symptom

  • After converting customer master data from ECC to the Business Partner in SAP S/4HANA, historical change history for contact persons (e.g. changes to email addresses) is no longer retrievable in the Business Partner transaction..
  • The data remains in the database with reference to the customer but is inaccessible through standard Business Partner transactions.
