3638532 - Unable to Generate Time Forms for Inactive Users

The system does not allow generation of Time Forms for inactive users. When attempting to do so, an error message "Please validate the user template permissions" is displayed.

1. Navigate to an Inactive User

2. Go to Administer Time UI > Time Forms

3. Click on Generate Time Form

4. Select a Time Period and Time Type

5. Attempt to select a Template

6. Observe the error: "Please validate the user template permissions"

This is working as designed. The system does not support Time Form generation for inactive users.

• Currently, it is not feasible to generate Time Forms for users in inactive status.
• If support for generating Time Forms for inactive users is a business requirement, we recommend submitting an enhancement request via the SAP Customer Influence portal.
