3638548 - Error "Source objects XXX are already being used in replication flows" when reusing objects in Replication Flow

When adding source for a Replication Flow, if the source object has already being used in another Replication Flow, error happens:

"Source objects XXX are already being used in replication flows XXX"

• SAP Datasphere

1. Add reused source objects to a Replication Flow
2. Deploy the Replication Flow

One source object can be reused in several replication flows starting from Datasphere Version 2025.11.

However the function has restrictions. You won't be able to deploy a replication flow that is reusing objects from:

• SAP HANA Cloud, data lake files
• ABAP SLT source. For ABAP SLT, one particular table can be reused up to 4 times in different mass transfer IDs. For more information, you can refer to KBA 3464320.

For SAP HANA Cloud data lake files or ABAP SLT source, please try to create a new Datasphere connection and use it in the Replication Flow with the new connection if you want to reuse a single source object.
