3638640 - SAP Signavio Joule integration is not showing the text fields

After activating the Joule integration in the SAP Signavio workspace and selecting the Joule-icon, the Joule window is not showing any text field and just stays blank.

Please check if your browser is allowed to use 3rd Party Cookies as the Joule integration is on BTP. Additionally, please make sure, that you logged in into your SAP Signavio workspace via SSO and not manually with username and password.
