• Incorrect phone number is being sent to the job board during job postings.
• The phone number retrieved does not match the user's phone number defined in the employee profile.

1. Configure the "user" in the contact information field completion rule.
2. Post a job to the job board.
3. Observe that the phone number sent to the job board does not match the user's phone number defined in the employee profile.

• The phone number field maintained in the employee profile is not a standard field.
• Recruiting Posting retrieves values only from standard fields in the user profile. If a non-standard field is used, the system fetches the contact number available in the Posting Profile instead.

1. Verify the phone number field configuration in the employee profile.
2. Ensure that the phone number field is a standard field as per the HRIS element configuration.
3. If the standard field is not used for phone in employee profile, it will fetch the contact number that is available in the Posting Profile.
