3638707 - Error encountered while activating ODATA service for ICMR APP Manage Assignment

Symptom

When opening the ICMR APP Manage Assignment, no data is displayed.

Attempting to activate the ODATA service for the APP in the backend system results in an error.

Error Message: Metadata not loaded - See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend "LOCAL' - An exception was raised....
