Symptom
- The Content Provider for Joule status displays an error during the integration of SAP Build Work Zone with S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition.
- Despite providing the necessary roles to the technical user and activating the SICF service, the issue persists.
- It gives the below error in the report
"<Connectivity/BadRequest>: Could not fetch content due to an internal error. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please open a ticket on the connectivity service"
