3638747 - "View complete list of tasks" re-directs to onb dashboard even when accessing from offboarding task - Onboarding

Symptom

The "view list of tasks" icon in the Offboarding Data Review card redirects to the onboarding dashboard instead of the intended offboarding dashboard.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Offboarding Data Review card on the home page.
  2. Click on the "view complete list of tasks" icon located at the top of the card.
  3. Observe that link redirects to the onboarding dashboard instead of the offboarding dashboard.

Cause

Resolution

  • This is currently a Known Issue and Engineering is working towards a permanent fix. Reference: OBX-39757.
  • There is no ETA for fix at the moment. You might contact SAP Account Executive or SAP SuccessFactors point of contact to track: OBX-39757.

Workaround: Access the tasks from "Offboarding" dashboard in menu dropdown.
