Percentage field has "-" when the pay component type is set as amount in pay component in latest people profile.

Reproducing the Issue
In the latest people profile, when an user navigates to My profile>>Compensation Information>>View All>>Compensation. The percentage field shows a blank value or '-'.

Expected Behavior
Resolution
In latest people profile percent field is showing even though pay component is amount type as this is how the system is designed. The field will be visible but if the type is amount then the value will be a "-" under the same.
