Symptom

  • While exporting an Optimized Design Experience (ODE) story with about 40-50 pages to PDF, PPTX, CSV or XLSX, the export crashes with an out of memory error in the browser.
  • The export was working fine with the old story (classic mode). It appeared after the conversion of the story to optimized.
  • "Aw, Snap! Something went wrong while displaying this webpage. Error code: Out Of Memory" error may display on the browser page
