Symptom
- Defects created using the "Defects from production" app and subsequently transformed into notifications via the "Manage Defects" app are not reappearing in the "Manage Defect" app after being deleted from notifications.
- Upon deletion, the system prompts for reactivation, and confirmation is provided. However, the defects do not reappear in the "Manage Defect" app.
- The deletion flag (QMFE-KZLOESCH) remains set in the QMFE table, preventing the defect from being displayed.
- The SAP Help Portal documentation suggests that reactivation should be possible.
