3639027 - Scrolling in MS Teams Quick Actions for Job Change Stalls and Hides Available Options

When attempting to change jobs using the quick action feature in Microsoft Teams, the scrolling mechanism within the quick actions menu becomes unresponsive, making it difficult to view or access all available actions. Additionally, the full list of actions may not display correctly, potentially hiding important options.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors > Chat > Manage My Team.
3. Select the relevant employee.
4. Choose the "Change Job (No Pay)" Quick Action.
5. Attempt to scroll through the Job Code list.
6. Observe that the list stops at a specific entry and does not load further options.

• Known issue with the integration between SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams.

1. A code correction has been created to address this issue.
2. The fix is scheduled to be included in the November 2025 SuccessFactors release.
