Resolution

Steps to add a new note to an existing object (Taking Appointment as an example):

    1. Export the Appointment:
Use the Data Import/Export module to export the appointment for which you want to add a note.
    2. Edit the Appointment_Notes File:
Locate the Appointment_Notes file from the export and add the new note details.
Please maintain the "Parent_Technical_Key", "Note ID_HTML_CONTENT", "Note Content" and "Note Type" fields.

    3. Create a ZIP File:
Combine the root and sub-entities files into a single ZIP archive.
    4. Import the Updated Data:
      • Go to the Data Import/Export module.
      • Select the Import > Update option.
      • Choose the Appointment entity.
      • Upload the ZIP file created in step 3 and start the import.
    5. Verify the Update:
Once the import completes, refresh the appointment record. The new note should now be visible.
