Symptom
Visits marked as "All-day event" are showing discrepancies in "Start Date/Time" and "End Date/time" values when exported via Data Workbench.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Data Workbench and select the "Export" option.
- Choose the "Standard Object > Visit" option.
- Export the data and review the Start_DateTime and End_DateTime values in the exported file.
- See that random values are appearing for those fields for Visits set as "All-day event", which should not be time-relevant.
Cause
As per the current design, system records the time of creation as the Start_DateTime and the end of the day as the End_DateTime for visits marked as "All-day event". These values are not visible in the Visit Overview but are displayed in the Data Workbench export.
Resolution
This is the expected system behavior.
