3639091 - Widget displays the previous month's value when there is no data available for the current period

Widget on the dashboard shows incorrect values for certain payees in the current period. For example, payee shows a value of $100.15 in march 2022 even though no credits exist for that month. The same value correctly appears for February 2022. The March dashboard should display $0, but instead it repeats the prior period's value.
