Symptom

Forecast release from Demand Planning (DP) to Supply Network Planning (SNP) does not display forecast values in the SNP planning book.

Error message: "Characteristic XXX does not exist in Planning area YYY" (Error message: /SAPAPO/PRP 078) happened.
