Symptom
The Administrator ( whose preferred language set to French ) unable to record training credits, upon picking the date from the calendar (not the system default date) and move to next step, the system is prompting error stating the date format is not valid.

Reproducing the Issue
- Learning Administration >
- Set the Admin profile preferences to French >
- Now, go to "Add Learning History for Multiple Courses" > Try to add the credit >
- Search for any item ID and user ID > Next >
- Select the date picker and select past date > Try to proceed further, an error will return.
Cause
This issue is caused by a mismatch between the user's locale in BizX and the related Learning Admin locale in Learning Administration.
Resolution
There is a mismatch between the user's locale in Bizx and the related Learning Admin locale in Learning Administration.
To resolve the issue:
- Change the language in HCM or for the Learning Admin to match each other locales.
