3639136 - Fields Missing from Joule Lists in Use Cases Like ‘View Addresses’ - Employee Central

• When using View Addresses or similar Joule Use Cases, fewer fields are displayed compared to performing the same action outside of Joule.
• Not all expected fields are visible within Joule Lists when executing use cases like View Addresses.
• Only the first 8 field values are shown in Joule Lists.

To replicate the issue within SF Joule:

1. Log in as one of the affected users.
2. Open Joule and enter the command: View Addresses.
3. Select and expand one of the address records (e.g. Home).
4. Observe that only the first 8 field values are visible, even though more fields should be displayed.

To validate the behavior outside of Joule (e.g. via Employee Profile):

1. Log in or proxy as the affected user.
2. Navigate to the user's profile.
3. Click on All Actions -> View Addresses.
4. Observe that all address fields are visible (up to 12 fields in case of View Addresses).

This is the expected by design behaviour of Joule Lists. Currently, there is an intentional limit in the Joule UI that allows displaying a maximum of 8 fields per list item in the template. 

This is a hardcoded UX constraint, and any additional fields beyond this limit are not rendered, impacting scenarios such as View Addresses Use Case.

If there is a valid requirement to increase this limit, please submit an enhancement request to have it considered within future development cycles in our Customer Community Portal.
