3639157 - Invalid access token error when updating the class time slot in sap SuccessFactors Learning

When updating the Zoom VLS class time slot, an invalid access token error occurs.

Error:

• The meeting could not be updated on the VLS server. Please try again later or note the error code and contact your VLS administrator.
  VLS Error Code: Bad Request Invalid access token, does not contain scopes:[meeting:read:meeting, meeting:read:meeting:admin].

SAP SuccessFactors Learning 

1. Access Learning Administration
2. Navigate to Learning Activities -> Class -> Create a new VLS class with zoom server
3. After creating the class, navigate to Agenda -> Click 'More' and 'Edit Time Slot'.
4. Update the start date/time and end date/time.
5. An error occurs.

The issue is caused by missing scopes (meeting:read:meeting, meeting:read:meeting:admin) in the Zoom admin console.

To resolve this, these Scopes need to be added within the Zoom Admin Console, and this task typically requires the involvement of the IT team responsible for managing your Zoom account. 

Additionally, we recommend contacting the Zoom support team. They can provide guidance on correcting the Zoom settings by adding the scopes to address the issue effectively.
