3639165 - Unable to add user to a class second approval process after being approved in the initial one

Is it possible to create a new approval process to let the participants in a class to sign their presence when participating in it?

Currently, it is not possible to create a new approval process to meet the above requirement.

An approval process is triggered before the participants can be enrolled into the class. However, this does not necessarily confirm their attendance at the session.

As an alternative solution, it may be feasible to assess the implementation of e-signatures for class completion. This approach could serve as a reliable method for confirming participants’ attendance.
