3639190 - All the positions not displayed when trying to make changes in position using Joule

When trying to make changes to position using Joule, for example 'Change Job Details of Position', 'Change Location of Position', all the positions are not displayed. When trying to enter position number manually, it gives error.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Position Management

1. Open Joule.
2. Enter any use case for Position eg: Change Job details of Position.
3. System lists only some positions .
4. When entering a different position number manually, error is shown.

This is expected behavior.

This functionality is available only for managers. Hence, only positions below the manager can be updated. Other positions cannot be updated as of now. You can check the position related use cases in the link Employee Central Use Cases | SAP Help Portal.
