Symptom

  • Frequent timeouts occur when BTP applications access on-premise SAP systems through SAP Cloud Connector.
  • Same symptom may occur when the on-premise Netweaver system makes an outbound HTTP(S) call.
  • ICM and SAP Cloud Connector traces indicate that source ports like 40404 or 51512 are in use.
