How to Manage the “Analytics Group” in Report Center Sharing Settings

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting(Ad Hoc, YouCalc, Canvas / ORD)
    • Actions in Report Centre

1. Go to Report center
2. Select any Table report / Dashboard
3. Under action
4. click Share
5. Chose "Group" option
6. In Group type, select drop down
7. You will see Analytics Group
8. Select it
9. Analytics groups are displayed

To manage or modify groups under the "Analytics Group" in Report Center sharing option, follow these steps using the legacy sharing method:

1. Go to Manage Dashboards

2. Select Manage Tile-Based Dashboards

3. Click the Share icon next to the desired report

4. Choose Dynamic Group Search

5. Fill in the required details, or click on Manage Group to update existing ones

Reports shared using this legacy method are automatically categorized under the "Analytics Group" in Report Center
