3639341 - Organizational Unit and Manager fields in Employee details screen are blank

Employee is added in Organizational Unit but Organizational Unit Name is blank in the Employee details screen.

Also, Organizational Unit Name and Manager fields are not manually updatable within the Employee detailed view.

1. Go to Employees workcenter.
2. Open an Employee.
3. Notice that the fields Organizational Unit Name and Manager are empty. 

In the Employee details screen, only the Org Unit with the Primary flag is shown. This is due to the fact that multiple Org assignments are possible, so only the Primary assignment is shown.

Additionally, to ensure data consistency and prevent duplicate or conflicting organizational assignments, organizational attributes (including the Manager field) are not maintained directly on the Employee record. Instead, these fields are automatically derived from the employee's assignment within the organizational structure.

To assign an employee to an organizational unit or maintain manager relationships, update the relevant organizational unit as follows:

1. Navigate to Settings > All Settings > Organizational Units.
2. Open the required organizational unit.
3. Select the Employees tab.
4. Add or maintain employees in the appropriate role (for example, Manager or Employee).

Once the organizational unit assignment is maintained, the corresponding organizational fields on the Employee record are populated based on the organizational structure (if Primary flag is active).
