Symptom

Below errors occurs while trying to open the preview of the correspondence PDF document of 1099 MISC DRC report:

  • Item '1': Rendering of document via service ADS failed.
  • Messages have been generated during form rendering.
  • Error when extracting data of entity.
  • An exception was raised.
  • No value configured for 'US_SPECIAL_GL_INDICATOR' parameter and 'US_RPG_ENT' reporting entity.
