3639426 - Unable to access the SAP Build Work Zone

• While trying to access SAP Build Workzone, following error occurs:

              Sorry, we could not authenticate you. Try again.

• Upon checking the IAS troubleshooting logs, following error can be seen:

  state="failed", action="login", objectType="user", objectId="XXXXX", cause="userChallenged"

• Password reset email is not being sent and following error can be seen in IAS troubleshooting logs:

  message="User with identifier XXXX does not exist. Cannot send forgot password mail
