3639484 - New York and California WTPA Compliance forms are not populating the fields - Onboarding

Compliance forms for New York and California are not populating fields correctly.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 

1. Complete a compliance form as a candidate in the onboarding module.
2. Open the compliance forms for New York or California.
3. Observe that fields such as Name, Phone Number, and Rate of Pay are either missing or incorrectly populated.

The configuration setup for WPTA Forms requires an override adjustment.
