3639527 - Delivery dates in Schedule lines are different from referenced contract when create sales order with reference to contract in VA01

Symptom

  • Contract item has multiple schedule lines as shown in following screenshot. But when creating a sales order with reference to the contract in VA01, multiple schedule lines from the contract are combined into a single schedule line in the sales order.
  • Sales order contains total quantity in one schedule line even though contract has multiple schedule lines.
  • Sales order item has a delivery date that is different from contract. For example, delivery date of a schedule line in contract is 01.01.2025, but the created sales order has current date as delivery date, instead of 01.01.2025.
