3639557 - Fiori Launchpad: What to do when tiles appear in a different language than logon language

When logging on to Fiori Launchpad in a certain language (call it language A) the framework of the Launchpad appears in language A, but the tiles appear in another language (call it language B).

Sometimes some tiles appear in language B. Other times, absolutely all tiles appear in language B.

Exemple: You logon to Fiori Launchpad in Chinese

but tiles appear in English:
