Symptom

When trying to export a large amount of data in excel format in app such as Display Line Items in General Ledger, error “Documents with more than &1 might be too large to process” occurred.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

The limitation for Excel is 1,048,576 rows. It’s not possible to export too much data in one go.
