3639680 - Missing Fiori Apps after release 2508 upgrade

Symptom

Fiori Apps "My Inbox" and "Purchasing Group Activities" are missing after release 2508 upgrade, despite correct business role/business user assignments and active status.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in to the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition system.
  2. Attempt to search for App "My Inbox" or "Purchasing Group Activities" in App Finder.
  3. Observe that the applications are not visible in App Finder.

Cause

Regression issue.

The business catalog SAP_MM_BC_INV_PROCESS_PC contains a broken reference.

Resolution

Please directly search for the app "My Inbox", "Purchasing Group Activities" to access it as a temporary workaround.

A fix will be delivered with HFC04 (15-17. August).
