• Historical cash flows with certainty levels PAY_N and REC_N are appearing in the Cash Flow Analyzer (CFA) despite being cleared.
• The flows are being regenerated by the flow builder background job after deletion using the "Delete Data from One Exposure" application.

• Cash Management (Public Cloud)

1. Access the Cash Flow Analyzer in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
2. Observe historical cash flows with certainty levels PAY_N and REC_N that should not appear.
3. Use the "Delete Data from One Exposure" application to delete these flows.
4. Run the flow builder background job.
5. Verify that the deleted flows are regenerated and reappear in the Cash Flow Analyzer.

• Cash management relies on the clearing of accounting documents. Without clearing, the data may be incorrect, and flows with certainty levels PAY_N and REC_N may continue to appear.
• Deleting flows without proper clearing causes them to be regenerated by the flow builder background job.

Ensure that the documents are cleared in the accounting module, as cash management depends on this clearing process.

If clearing is not possible, Utilize the BAdI "Flow Adjustment" to adjust the flows as needed.
