3639997 - Login with old username for rehire with new employment is not supported - Onboarding

In Company System and Logo Settings, "Enable log in with old user name in case of a rehire with a new employment." feature is enabled and the requirement is for the same funcionality to be enabled in Onboarding, for when rehires are completing onboarding tasks.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings > "Enable log in with old user name in case of a rehire with a new employment." feature is enabled
2. Initiate onboarding for a user
3. Accept as Rehire with New Employment
4. Login username is updated to the new username instead of retaining the old username

This feature in Company System and Logo Settings refers to active EC users, it does not affect the login details of onbordees.
Currently this system configuration is not supported for Onboarding, enhancement requests can be submitted following KBA 2090228.
