3639997 - Behavior of Enable Login with Old User Name for Onboardee - Employee Central

"Enable Login with Old User Name" is set in Company System and Logo Settings but the login user is the new username for rehire.

1. Rehire a user with new employment with onboarding;
2. While the user is in onboarding, the login username is updated to the new username instead of retaining the old username.

Enable Login with Old User Name is an Employee Central feature and the login username will be converted to old username when the rehire is done via EC. In Onboarding, this feature is not available yet.
