The comment option is not visible in the side panel of the Group Financial Statement Review Booklet App.

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

1. Open the Group Financial Statement Review Booklet App.
2. Select any financial statement.
3. Navigate to the side panel and observe that the comment option is missing.

1. Ensure the necessary roles and catalogs are assigned to the user: Refer to the SAP Help Portal for detailed information on authorizations : Commenting.

• To add comments, add tags, and rename them, you need to have the IAM app My Analytical Cell Comments (F8232_TRAN) assigned to your user, which is used in the Analytics - Analytical Cell Comments (SAP_BW_BC_COMMENT_PC) business catalog. Using the S_RS_CMT restriction type, you can restrict access to one or more analytical queries. The IAM app is part of the SAP_BR_EMPLOYEE business role template.

• To create, change, delete, and display comments, you need to have the IAM app Manage Analytical Cell Comments (F8233_TRAN) assigned to your user, which is used in the Analytics - Analytical Cell Comments Management (SAP_BW_BC_COMMENT_ADM_PC) business catalog. Using the S_RS_CMT restriction type, you can restrict access to analytical cell comments by document store name. The IAM app is part of the SAP_BR_ANALYTICS_SPECIALIST business role template.

2. Verify that the user has the necessary authorizations to view the data to which the comments are attached.
