3640178 - Hide transfer direct reports and job relationship options when performing an internal hire from MPH - Employee Central

Is it possible to hide the 'Transfer Direct Reports' and 'Transfer Job Relationships' sections when performing an internal hire from MPH page?

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Hire and Termination

1. Navigate to Manage Pending Hires;
2. Open an internal hire who has direct reports and job relationships;
3. The system requires to select an option to transfer the direct reports and job relationships by default. 

• It is not possible to hide the 'Transfer Direct Reports' section for internal hires.
• When transferring a manager who has direct reports using Internal Hire, there are different options for transferring the manager’s existing direct reports.
  • Everyone to upper manager (Default)
  • Everyone to other manager
  • Individual transfer of direct reports
• This list of options is hard-coded and cannot be changed. There is not option to "do not transfer".
• If Position Management is enabled and if the position hierarchy is the leading hierarchy, you can opt in to transfer direct reports according to the position hierarchy. For more information, refer to Transferring Reports in Case of Termination and Internal Hire.

Workaround: there are two options for when the relationships and direct reports should remain the same.

1. Create the internal hire directly via Take Action, then the options to transfer direct reports and job relationships will not be shown. This can be used during transfers, without going through Manage Pending Hires processes.
2. Manage Pending hire:
   1. Direct Reports: select "Everyone to other manager" and select the current user;
   2. Job Relationships: select 
   3. Create the internal hire directly via Take Action, then the options to transfer direct reports and job relationships will not be shown. This can be used during transfers, without going through Manage Pending Hires processes.
   4. Manage Pending hire:
      1. Direct Reports: select "Everyone to other manager" and select the current user;
      2. Job Relationships: select "Individual Transfer" and select the current user for the relationship types;
