3640182 - Why is Service Entry Sheet copy document failing at SAP Business Network with Error: Transaction [CopyRequest] is not supported on this host ?

Symptom

The Service Entry Sheet (SES) document history in your SAP Business Network account contains a comment DOC-46: Copy document failed with a cXML link to the error log. The error log states that the SES copy document was failed due to Error: Transaction [CopyRequest] is not supported on this host when the SES generated by ERP reaches the SAP Business Network application.
