In the case of subcontracting, once movement type 541 is executed, the Purchase Order (PO) line item and child components remain editable.

1. Implement the BAdI MM_PUR_S4_PO_MODIFY_ITEM`.
2. Configure the BAdI to include a validation check for movement type 541.
