3640283 - Error Occurs When Creating Employee Master Data via Decoupled Infotype Framework Due to Unmaintained Fields

Symptom

When attempting to create employee master data using the decoupled infotype framework, an error is encountered. This issue occurs because certain mandatory fields, which are validated through hard-coded checks, have not been maintained. As a result, the employee record cannot be successfully created.
