3640483 - Growth Portfolio Team View's Summary tab does not load

Symptom

The Team View Summary supports a maximum of 150 employees. If the Manager View population exceeds this limit, a full-page error may occur.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Growth Portfolio
  2. Open Team View
  3. Attempt to access the Summary tab. 

 

Cause

The Team View Summary is designed to function optimally with teams of 150 users.

Resolution

We recommend reviewing and restricting the target population defined in the permission role assignment to the relevant direct or matrix reports.

The target population is controlled through the role assignment and does not require a separate target population to be configured specifically for the Team View: Summary permission.
