3640483 - Growth Portfolio Team View's Summary tab does not load

Symptom

In Team View, the Summary tab is not working despite the user having permission to access it. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub


Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Growth Portfolio
  2. Open Team View
  3. Attempt to access the Summary tab. 

 

Cause

The Team View Summary is designed to function optimally with teams of approximately 20 users.

Resolution

We recommend restricting the target population of the Team View: Summary permission to managers' direct reports or matrix reports. If a team has many current roles, consider narrowing the target population to an even smaller group for a better user experience.

You can restrict the target population in the "Team View: Summary" permission.
