As mentioned in the Capturing Part-B Section Details of the E-Way Bill, there is no option to maintain the Text Fields "Vehicle No. (IN-EwayBill), Vehicle Type. (IN-EwayBill) and Trans.Doc.Date (EwayBill)" in the Outbound Delivery.
