3640538 - Manage Credit Accounts app - partner hierarchy not displaying relationships in fiori

Symptom

  • Relationships maintained in the backend (SAP S/4HANA) for subordinate accounts are not displayed in the "Partner Hierarchy" tab of the "Manage Credit Account" Fiori app.
  • Manual efforts are required to download and upload data using the "Import Credit Account Hierarchies" app, which only supports credit analysis role types.
  • Relationships created in the backend are not reflected in Fiori, and vice versa.
  • Duplicate relationships are created when importing data from Fiori.
  • Relationships deleted in the backend still appear in Fiori.
  • Relationships added in the backend are not displayed in Fiori.
