Symptom

  • When attempting to install the APK generated for SSAM 2410, the installation fails with the error message: "App not installed as package appears to be invalid."
  • Error observed during ADB installation: "INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES: Failed to collect certificates from /data/app/zzxx1579812413.tmp/base.apk using APK Signature Scheme v2: Failed to parse/verify signer #1 block: Failed to decode certificate #1: com.android.org.conscrypt.OpenSSLX509CertificateFactory$ParsingException: com.android.org.conscrypt.OpenSSLX509CertificateFactory$ParsingException: java.lang.RuntimeException: error:0c000094:ASN.1 encoding routines:OPENSSL_internal:INVALID_TIME_FORMAT: com.android.org.conscrypt.OpenSSL."
