The "An unexpected problem occurred while processing your request. See application logs for details" error is displayed when attempting to change a record status. Upon referring to the environment application logs, the following exception is available: [EXCEPTION--An Exception has occurred--] java.lang.NullPointerException: Entity did not contain an InFileNo reference.
