3640616 - Error LOBM_UDCODE During Migration of Batch Data

The following error occurs with usage decision value during the migration of batch data using the migration template:

• LOBM_UDCODE: Value "XXXXX X" not found

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Open the "Migrate Your Data" application.
2. Simulate the migration object.
3. Error: LOBM_UDCODE: Value "XXXXX X" not found

The Usage Decision characteristic value in the migration template does not match the system's expected format.

1. Review the system-provided details for the required format of the "Usage Decision" field.
2. Ensure the "Usage Decision" characteristic value in the migration template adheres to the following format:
   • The code group name must start at the first character space of the field.
   • The code name must start at the tenth character space within the field.
3. Update the migration template to match the system's expectations for the "Usage Decision" field.
4. Reattempt the migration process using the corrected template.
