3640617 - No Delete Button for the SuccessFactors Application on IAS Admin Console

• Tenant is already deleted, but the application entry in Identity Authentication Services (IAS) still exists.
• The application entry cannot be deleted as there is no delete button available in the IAS admin console.
• A banner message is displayed: "This application was created from a source application. Some of the inherited configurations can't be changed." which means that the SF application is subscribed to the IAS Master Tenant (Migrated to Hybrid OIDC). 
• There's no Delete button on the SuccessFactors application in IAS Admin Console.
