Symptom

You are customizing your Colombia Magnetic Media reports and are not sure which is the maximum value to be set at CO_DIAN_FILE_SPLIT_LIMIT parameter.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In your configuration environment, use the search function to open the following configuration activities to define your reporting preferences and make additional settings
  2. Run "Setting Up Your Statutory Reporting (ID: 101071)"
  3. Select your Reporting Entity
  4. Select menu "Enter Parameters Specific to Reporting Entity"
  5. Set parameter "CO_DIAN_FILE_SPLIT_LIMIT"

Resolution

The maximum parameter value allowed is 5000, if you set values higher than that the file will be rejected.
