The implemented custom logic, for example using the BAdI from SAP Note 1651967, to determine the Production Storage Location (MARC-LGPRO) for components within a Production Data Structure (PDS) during the CIF transfer.

However, observe that your custom value is being overwritten. The final value in the APO PDS is the storage location from the Production Supply Area (PVBE-PRVBE) assigned in the material master.

This happens because the standard logic to determine the storage location from the supply area runs after your BAdI is called. You are looking for a solution similar to the old SAP Note 1800117, which provided an enhancement spot that is called at the end of the process, but this note is not applicable to your S/4HANA or modern SCM system.
