Symptom

Some country values appear as duplicates in the Country field drop-down list in Global Information section.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Global Information portlet in employee profile.
  2. Open the country field drop-down list.
  3. Observe that some countries appear as duplicate entries.

Cause

The country-specific succession data model contains duplicate configurations for the country.

Resolution

  1. Export the country-specific succession data model.
  2. Identify and remove duplicate country entries from the exported file, ensuring only the correct configurations remain.
  3. Re-import the updated data model.
