3640688 - [Mobile] The Time Effort Screen Doesn't Automatically Pop Up

Symptom

After the technician accepts the activity on mobile application and clicks on workflow 'work',  the timeeffort automatically recorded by the workflow does not display, and directly switch to the next workflow step. Even though the type and Effort Type are set in workflow Settings -> Recording.
