When reviewing the Projects Plan/Actual report, accounts associated with the planned revenue values might appear unclear or difficult to understand. This KBA outlines the logic behind account determination for planned revenue calculation.

• "In service-based work packages, revenue is calculated only for the planned service and not for resources or expenses."

The account determination for planned revenue is based on the configuration of Event-Based Revenue Recognition.
